Often after I have given feedback to someone who has taken the MBTI® personality
inventory before,
the comment is, “Oh, I never realized there
was so much more. Thank you, it’s valuable.”
For me, my years with type have been a beckoning path of ever deeper knowledge
of human behavior and life itself. This section will introduce you to these rich
levels of further understanding.

Development Qualifying
Program. 1983. Katharine D. Myers
Level One: Introductory - Verifying Your Basic Type
Benefits: The ‘aha’s’ of
affirmation of who you are and insight into those who are
different from
you.
Level Two: Type Dynamics - The hierarchy of your functions
and how they interact
Benefits: How your mental tools of perception and judging
interact to develop the personality that is you.
Level Three: Type Development
- “16 paths to excellence”
Benefits: A “how-to” model of growth to excellence.
Level Four: The
Jungian Psyche - How type fits into the total picture of
your personality
Benefits: An
introduction to your unconscious - that mysterious part
of yourselves that is there to help you become more
whole and balanced.
Level Five: Individuation
- Carl G. Jung’s Model
of Lifelong Development
Benefits: Jung
believed that there is an innate urge to grow along your
type-guided path.
You can, however, help this development through conscious
awareness of the process. |
